We can access the layers of the unconscious mind through a variety or methods. These layers of the unconscious include:

A variety of methods have been developed from interacting with these layers of the unconscious:
Physical - Psychotropic and palliative medication, bodywork and massage.
Etheric - Herbal, homeopathic or nutritional treatments, acupuncture, acupressure, bodywork and massage.
Emotional - Psychotherapy, hypnosis and meditation.
Mental - Psychotherapy, hypnosis and meditation.
Symbolic Band - Psychotherapy, hypnosis and meditation.
Karmic Substrate - Meditation and Light Immersion.
Essence - Meditation and Light Immersion.
We present and train practitioners in meditation techniques that have special relevance for the work of encountering and working with the unconscious mind in our course, Meditation for Therapists. This course is taught from an Integral Meditation perspective. It may be of interest for practitioners who wish to work with issues in the unconscious and add to their repertoire of methods to assist their clients in navigating their inner world of consciousness.
