The instructions on this page are geared to our traditional ordering method, which is you mailing a payment to us via check, money order, bank draft or cashier's check. You can now order via Pay Pal. For more information please click here.
Not all of our services can be ordered through this web site by mail or email. Some are available only in person by appointment only. The table below shows the services we offer in person, by mail and by e-mail.

Meditation Technique Analysis Reading |

If it is a secret mantra, give us the number of words and syllables, tell us the name of the teacher who gave it to you, and information about what tradition to which your teacher belongs. Tell us how you are repeating your mantra–are you breathing it, remembering it, etc. Describe the technique as clearly as you can, because if we can't figure out what it is you are doing, we can't do this reading for you. |

If we are going to recommend alternate or supplementary techniques, or suggest a modification to the way you are currently doing your practice, we need to be clear about the meditation technique(s) you are currently using. |

Please allow four to six weeks for us to do your reading or consultation after we receive your materials. We do not start your reading or consultation until your payment clears at our bank. If you have questions about your order you may e-mail us at orders@mudrashram.com.
It is our policy to return your letters and photos unless you tell us we may keep them.

It is our policy to not give your contact information to anyone except as required by law. We do not sell our mailing lists or reveal our clients.
Yes, though we prefer an actual photo. Here's why.
- We have discovered that the screen resolution for pictures sent by e-mail sometimes is too poor to make a reliable attunement with you. [If this is the case, we will let you know and request a mailed photo.]
- The magnetic flux of the monitor and the screen refresh can sometimes interfere with our ability to attune with you through your image on our screen. In this case, we can't make an optimal attunement with you, which detracts from our ability to clearly sense your energy.
We now have provided a basic Pal Pal shopping cart secure e-commerce portal. You can order in person services, classes and workshops that you can't order through the "mail us a check" process.

Because you are paying for our time to do this service, we do not offer refunds for services we actually do for you. We do refund your money under the following circumstances:
- You ask us for a past life reading or a karmic reading. After an initial scan, we determine that this information may cause you harm. We will in this case decline to do your reading and refund your money
- You send us a request to cancel by e-mail prior to our actually doing the reading or consultation for you. To cancel a reading e-mail us at orders@mudrashram.com. You may also request to cancel your reading or consultation in writing by mailing to us at Mudrashram, Post Office Box 463, Venice CA 90294-0463, U.S.A.
- You ask for a meditation consultation. We determine your request will take more than one hour. You decide not to proceed.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will be happy or satisfied with the readings or consultations we do. We can promise you that based on the information you give to us and the quality of our attunement with you that we will attempt to provide you the most complete and clear reading that is possible for us to do.
We will attempt to tell you the truth in our readings and consultations and not deceive you. It is our intention to relate to you from a platform of integrity and honest dealings, and to avoid injury to you in any way.
